It’s really that simple. We get called in to mop up unfinished projects so often, that we’re left wondering what the plan was?
Often it seems like it wasn’t much more than a cavalier “let’s get our cameras out and shoot stuff”. No wonder projects face roadblocks and end up gathering dust.
We made this to demystify the video production process and also help set expectations for our progress at any given stage. We’ve had such “AHA!” moments on client calls with this so we thought we’d share it here.
